How does it work?
Discover the power of mindfulness with a comprehensive 8-week program based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction protocol, to reduce stress and enhance focus. Participants will engage in eight group sessions that provide a supportive space for learning and practicing mindfulness techniques. Each session includes opportunities for sharing experiences and insights, fostering a sense of community and connection. Additionally, participants will receive guided exercises to practice at home, ensuring continuous growth and development. By the end of the program, participants will have gained valuable skills to manage stress and improve overall well-being. "Mindfulness is awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgementally,” says Kabat-Zinn, the microbiologist working at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester who developed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction protocol.
